Online purchases

To make an order, visit the product page, choose the number you wish to purchase, and add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Visit your shopping cart to finalise your purchase.

Product availability

If an item is no longer in stock, you will be informed within three days. You may then choose to be reimbursed or to wait for the item to be made. Making an item typically takes 5 to 7 weeks (because of drying and firing schedules.)

Payment methods

You may make purchases :

• Online via PayPal (payments by credit card or via PayPal account)
• In person (cash/check/credit card) at the boutique Atelier Khnoum at 19b rue Saint Yves, 22260 Pontrieux (Brittany)

Delivery

At checkout, you may choose : 

• Delivery via Colissimo (French Postal Service).
• Pickup at the boutique in Pontrieux (Brittany).

About items sent by Colissimo :

• Packages will be sent within 3 days of receiving payment.
• Delivery cost depends on the weight of ordered items.
• You will receive the Colissimo tracking number by email when the item is sent.

Order cancelation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.

To do so, please contact us via contact-form or email (studiokhnoum@gmail.com). Then, to proceed with the reimbursement, you will need to send the item to Atelier Khnoum, 19b rue Saint Yves 22260 Pontrieux. You are responsible for the delivery cost.
